Analytics

Analytics is under Site Features in the left-hand menu. It shows website traffic figures inside the CMS, so you don't need a separate Google Analytics login for a quick look.

What you'll see

Charts and figures for your website's traffic — pulled from Google Analytics 4, read-only. There's nothing to configure on this screen day to day; it's for looking, not editing.

If it's empty

The connection to Google Analytics is normally set up once, by us, via a global called Analytics Settings. If figures aren't showing:

  1. Nothing may be connected yet, or the connection may have expired.
  2. Not enough time may have passed for a newly connected property to have any history.

Either way, this is worth reporting rather than trying to fix — the fix is a Google account connection, not something in the figures themselves.

Don't edit Analytics Settings directly

There's a screen called Analytics Settings that also appears on the Dashboard as a card — it holds the raw connection details (property ID, measurement ID, OAuth tokens) behind this screen. Don't edit it by hand. It's meant to be set up through a Connect flow, not by typing values in directly, and pasting in an ID from elsewhere would report your traffic into the wrong property. If something here looks wrong, report it rather than changing it.
