FAQ

FAQ is under Content in the left-hand menu. It holds your frequently-asked-question entries, which you then choose from when adding an FAQ Section block to a page.

There is no draft. Saving publishes immediately.

Adding a question

1. Click FAQ in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Create New.
3. Type the Title — the question itself.
4. Write the Text — the answer, using the rich text editor (headings, lists and images are all available).
5. Set Order — a number controlling where it sits relative to other FAQ entries.
6. Click Save.

Where FAQ entries actually appear

Creating an FAQ entry here doesn't put it on the website by itself. It becomes available to pick from when someone adds an FAQ Section block to a page, to a news article, or on the homepage — see Page blocks. That block lists specific FAQ entries by relationship, rather than showing every FAQ you've ever written, so a page only shows the questions relevant to it.

Ordering

Order is a plain number — lower numbers come first. If you want a question to move up the list wherever it's shown, lower its number.

Editing or removing

Edit the title or text and save — live immediately. Deleting removes it from any FAQ Section block that was showing it.
