Form submissions
Form Submissions is under Site Features in the left-hand menu. Every time someone submits a form on the website, a copy lands here.
What you'll find
Each entry shows which Form it came from, when it was submitted, and the answers to every field on that form. Open one to see the full set of values.
Notifications
If the form that was submitted has an email notification set up (see Forms), that email goes out automatically at the time of submission — you don't need to do anything here for that to happen. This screen is the record of what was submitted, not something you act on to trigger a send.
Who can see submissions
Reading Form Submissions works the same as most content in this CMS — signed-in staff can see them. There's no separate approval or export step; if you need the data elsewhere, copy it from here.
Submissions only arrive through the website
Submissions can only be created by the public website's own form-submit process, not typed in here directly or created through any other route — so an entry here is always a real visitor submission, not something staff added by hand.
If a submission seems to be missing
- Confirm which form the visitor said they used, and check you're not searching a different one.
- Ask when they submitted it — the list is usually sorted newest first.
- If they're certain they submitted it and it's genuinely not here, that's worth reporting.
