System screens you can ignore
A few screens in the CMS exist for the system rather than for you. They're listed here so that when you spot one, you know it isn't something you've missed.
None of these need your attention. If one looks wrong, report it rather than changing it.
Search Results
Under Site Features. This is the index that powers search on your website — a copy of your pages, news, events, housing reports and political news kept in a form that can be searched quickly.
It maintains itself. Publish something and it appears here on its own.
Don't edit or delete entries. If site search is missing something you've published, report it.
Posts
You may see a Posts card on the Dashboard. This is an old, mostly-empty collection left over from an earlier build — it isn't in the left-hand menu, and it isn't where news or articles belong. Use News for articles instead. If you've opened Posts by accident, it's safe to leave it alone.
Listing Media
The photographs attached to property listings, stored separately from your Media library so that thousands of listing photos never clutter the images you actually work with. Only an Admin can open this screen at all.
These arrive with the listings and are managed entirely by the feed. A wrong listing photo is wrong in the MLS — see Property listings.
Analytics Settings
Holds the raw connection to Google Analytics behind the Analytics screen. Covered in that article — don't edit it directly.
Content Import
A bulk content-loading tool used during setup. It isn't shown to most staff — you'll only see it if you have a Dazlab account. If you can see it, leave it alone unless someone has asked you to use it and told you exactly what to do. Bulk imports are hard to reverse.
